External auditing

According to the Articles, the Company has one (1) auditor, which shall be an authorised public accounting firm. The Audit Committee prepares proposals to the shareholders concerning the appointment and dissolution of an auditor. The Annual General Meeting appoints the auditor until further notice and resolves on the auditor's fee. The Annual General Meeting on 8  March 2012 decided to elect until further notice PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy as the auditor of Pöyry PLC.

Auditing fees in 2011 and 2010

The auditor of the company in the reporting periods 2011 and 2010 was the authorised public accounting firm KPMG Oy Ab.
